How to run DIANA-microT program:
1. You can select a file of miRNAs downloaded from Rfam database
(http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Software/Rfam/mirna/index.shtml).
You can also paste your own miRNA sequences in the provided
text field.
a. You can use either DNA or RNA sequence.
b. Make sure that sequences are in fasta format.
c. Set "Select miRNA file" option to blank.
2. Paste your DNA sequence in fasta format into the DNA sequence
text field. At this moment we allow to analyze only ONE sequence.
If you paste several sequences program will not be excecuted.
3. You can change energy cutoff value. However it must be a negative
number.
